Emmy-winning composer Lucas Vidal has release his latest single, ‘Happiness’. Released via the Paragon imprint on Decca Records US, the track is a taste of his upcoming full-length album, Karma, set for release on 12 June 2020

‘Happiness’ blends high-energy electronic elements with traditional orchestration. Brassy trumpet stabs evoke the drama of a film score, while a bubbly synthesiser arpeggio underpins the arrangement with a pulsating forward momentum.

About Lucas Vidal

Spanish composer and producer Lucas Vidal is best known for his film scores for Fast and Furious 6, The Raven, and The Cold Light of Day. Vidal won an Emmy for for composing ESPN’s official theme music for the Olympics Games in Rio. The multi-faceted composer made his mark as the youngest Berklee College of Music student ever to compose and record the score to a feature film with full orchestra.

In 2019, the Vidal was commissioned by LaLiga, the men’s top professional football division of the Spanish football league system, to compose an anthem that will accompany the upcoming football competition.
